Social Networking and Walled Gardens

Your presentation was excellent. I wholeheartedly agree that we should prepare our students for the big, open garden of the world. We should give them opportunities to learn, possibly even make mistakes and grow, while we are there to mentor and guide them.
Very nice point about funding NOT being cut due to removing barriers to a more open environment.
